The St. Thomas Police Service is excited to announce we are NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS for our Citizens on Patrol Program due to launch this spring!
Requirements to be a COP member
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Not be charged or convicted of criminal offence for which a pardon has not been received.
- Application, background check, and interview
- Valid class G licence to drive COP vehicle
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Able to commit to monthly meeting and minimum of 3 hours / month volunteer time
